Statistical Process Control
The application of closed loop Statistical Process Control (SPC) technology gives us close control of the many operating variables in film production. To fulfil the ever increasing demands of our clients and to continually re-define the standards for others to follow, we are able to supply a consistent, completely controlled and technically superior product.

Control of film width, average film thickness, line speed and addition of process additives and/ or pigments
Lay flat film width control to within 3mm is achievable
Automatic dies to control individual thickness
Average film thickness control to within 1 micron is achievable
Gravimetric addition of pigments and additives ensures close control of addition rates
Oscillating haul off and sophisticated winding equipment for the production of perfect reels
Corona pre-treatment on different surfaces to suit your needs
Flexo-graphic Printing We have the ability to supply flexo-graphic printed films in widths up to 1600mm wide up to eight colours, using equipment from the company Windmöller & Hölscher, including the world famous Astraflex.
